About Boost Learning

Eric Randolph, Boost Learning CEO and founder, is a dedicated advocate for children with disabilities, bringing both professional expertise and personal commitment to his business model. He is the father of a child with Phelan-McDermid Syndrome, intellectual disability, and autism, an experience that deeply informs his passion for inclusive education and meaningful family support.

A school psychologist with 28 years of experience, Eric has devoted his career to serving students with disabilities across diverse educational settings. His work has focused on assessment, intervention planning, behavioral supports, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive appropriate and effective services.

Eric is a founding member of a disabilities-focused PTA and a former school board member, where he championed policies that strengthen special education programming and promote equitable access for all learners. In addition to his public service, he is a small business owner providing specialized education support services to school districts and charter schools throughout Delaware.

Through his professional leadership and lived experience, Eric brings insight, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to improving outcomes for children with disabilities and their families.

Services

School Psychologist

Boost Learning school psychologists provide a range of essential services to students, educators, and families, all aimed at fostering a healthy and supportive learning environment. These services include psychoeducational evaluations, Autism evaluations, mental health support, FBA/BIP behavioral interventions, crisis intervention, and overall special education program support.

Speech and Language Pathologist

Boost Learning speech and language pathologists provide essential services to support students' communication development, helping them overcome barriers that may affect their academic performance and social interactions. Services that can be provided by our speech and language therapists in a school setting include therapy services, speech and language evaluations, speech disorders intervention, language development and therapy, social communication and pragmatic skills development, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) support, and speech therapy for bilingual or ESL students.

Occupational Therapist

Boost Learning occupational therapists play an essential role in supporting students’ ability to engage in daily school activities by helping them develop the skills needed for learning, social interaction, and independence. Services typically provided by our occupational therapists in a school setting include therapy services, finemotor skills development, sensory processing and integration, self-help and adaptive skills, classroom adaptations and modifications, assistive technology support, coordination and motor planning, cognitive and visual perception skills, posture and ergonomics, and social participation and play skills.
